I should probably elaborate on the name of this dessert, which is neither green in color (unless you choose to frost them!) or particularly spooky – but is instead a mash-up of cookies, candy, and brownies all in one! Using a muffin tin and minimal ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these rich, gooey “monster” sweet treats for any upcoming Halloween get-togethers you’ve got lined up within the next couple of weeks!
Best of all? These don’t take long at all to make!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
12 SERVINGS:
- 12 Reese’s Oreo Cookies
- 12 Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 box Betty Crocker Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Β½ cup of vegetable oil
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F and grease your muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
2. Using the box of brownie mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil, prepare/mix the brownie batter until smooth and combined evenly.
3. Place one Oreo Cookie into each cavity of the muffin tin. Top the cookie with one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of the brownie batter on top of the Peanut Butter Cookie and Oreo.
4. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes and allow the brownies to cool completely before enjoying with a scoop of ice cream or all on their own!

The shape of these brownies makes them easy to decorate if you feel so inclined, which can be a fun Halloween activity with your friends or if you’ve got kids to entertain this Spooky Season. You can also mix up the type of Oreo Cookies you use for the base if you’re feeling a little adventurous – especially since they have so many flavor variations this time of year!
A little later on this week, I’m going to be sharing some highlights from this past weekend and a recent addition to my wardrobe that I picked up during a day out in Rhode Island while stocking up on some candy and pumpkins for the porch.
Until then – stay tuned!
