As we start to gradually wind down the month of February and I begin setting my goals and intentions for March, it’s about that time for me to pause and reflect on some of my favorite things from these past few weeks – and with February being the month of Valentine’s Day and sweeping, romantic gestures – many of this month’s collection are gifts from my beloved boyfriend, Troy.
There’s a few other things too, of course – but he really went above and beyond this month to make sure the days leading up to and immediately following Valentine’s Day were filled with all things thoughtful, sparkly and pink! I felt like a Disney Princess on so many occasions, which was always appreciated – especially on days when it was particularly snowy and dreary outside.
As always, I’ll have some miscellaneous odds and ends at the end of the post, but I’m ready to dive into the things I could snap photos of, first!

Starting off this current assortment of items was this set of rose gold glasses Troy had sent me earlier in the month. My apartment is actually still very much decked out for Valentine’s Day, with a lot of red, pink and heart-print everywhere – so these have been fitting in nicely with the décor.
Not only are these glasses super pretty, but they’re durable, too – and I’ve been enjoying using these for juice at breakfast or for wine at the end of a long day at work. They make me feel a little more fancy, which is always fun for me.

This one wasn’t a gift, unless you consider it a gift to myself, which I most certainly do. I am a big fan of the Chobani Coffee Creamers because they aren’t loaded with a bunch of weird or questionable ingredients I tend to see in other brands, and they taste delicious – but every once in a while they drop a seasonal/limited edition flavor that I unapologetically obsess over.
And this would be one of those flavors!
I’ve been using the chocolate covered strawberry creamer in the coffee and lattes I make at home and it is by far one of my favorites they’ve released to date. So much, in fact, that I’ve stocked up on a couple of extra containers of it before they phase them out now that Valentine’s Day is done.

This sparkly, floral hair clip was another gift from my boyfriend this month, and I’ve been wearing it non-stop at work, or when I’m out with friends for any occasion. It’s so lovely, and the colors are really beautiful for this time of year – and will continue to be when Spring eventually arrives and I start wearing more blues and greens in my wardrobe to commemorate the season!
Also? The hold power is superb – which is really the most important thing.

Finally, and this was above and beyond – but after talking about how much I love and miss Pilates classes (which aren’t really available in my neighborhood right now), Troy bought me an at-home reformer from Flo Pilates. To say I have been using this religiously is an understatement. I use it multiple times per day, every day, and am already feeling a difference.
This easy to assemble and easy to store fold-up set comes with a number of tools and add-ons that can be hooked/clipped onto the board to get a full-body workout. I can work my core, my arms, my legs – everything – in just 30 minutes, which has made this the perfect tool to use in the mornings, during my lunch break, or at the end of the day when I want to get a good stretch in.
And of course, it’s pink – because my boyfriend gets me!
With the “Favorite Things” I was able to capture on camera, something else made the list this month, too!
– GAMES/APPS –
‘Burglin’ Gnomes’ – I played a demo of this online co-op game earlier this month with friends, and the absolute chaos that ensued had me laughing so hard I almost couldn’t breathe. The game is exactly what the title implies – you and your team are gnomes whose sole objective is breaking into people’s houses and robbing them/destroying their property, but there’s all sorts of things that can go wrong, all sorts of enemies to face, very touchy controls that add to the challenge and, on occasion – murder.
It’s so insane in all the best ways, and I’m looking forward to playing the full-length game when it eventually releases!

And there we have it! A little later on this week, I’m going to have my full look-back on the month of February overall before I dive into a busy weekend and the beginnings of March, so I’ll see you all then!
