Good Morning to all of you, and Happy Birthday to me! With today marking yet another journey around the sun for yours truly, I wanted to take the opportunity to extend my sincerest appreciation and gratitude to everyone who has been reaching out to me in the days leading up to today offering their well-wishes and love. It truly means the world to me, and I’m excited to celebrate properly with a couple of get-togethers I have planned with both family and friends this coming weekend!
With my birthday falling mid-week this time around, I haven’t adjusted my schedule all that much. I’ll still be working my usual hours today at my full-time job, although I’ll have Chinese food and cake waiting for me at my mother’s house when I’m done and am able to stop by – so that’s something to look forward to!
On top of my birthday, this past Monday’s post marked another milestone here on ‘Coffee & Chiffon‘ as it was my 750th post since starting this passion project back in January of 2020! I was in awe when I realized that, as this is now *officially* my longest-running writing endeavor I’ve regularly maintained over the many years I’ve been sharing parts of my life online. I’m just as grateful as I was at 500 posts and at 250 posts for the connections I’ve made through my little corner of the internet and the opportunities this blog has made possible for me.
I’ve been so fortunate to travel to incredible places and partner with amazing creators and businesses/companies over the years – and it feels like I’m just getting started – especially since I have some more collaborations planned before the end of January!
Thank you so much to everyone who has liked, subscribed, followed, shared and commented on various posts over the years. I’m so touched and so proud of all I’ve been able to document over all this time – including ups and downs, big life and career changes, precious and funny moments with my nearest and dearest – and everything in-between!
So here’s to the next birthday and to the next milestone ahead!
